Trend of reduced attendance by dealership owners at national meeting. 


Solution:

Creative and art direction, including event theme naming for Subaru National Dealer Business Meeting.

 

Results:

Increased attendance reversing trend, increased awareness of and support for Subaru brand messaging among the dealerships, created theme continued as an ongoing internal incentive program theme for several years.
